Certifications: Business Development, Business Strategy, EHS, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician Dr. Sandeep Arora is a seasoned Pharma and Academic professional with an experience spanning over 31 years in Pharma operations, Quality management, academics, training, research & consultancy planning and administration. Being an avid researcher and writer, he has authored three books, 42 patents, 170 research.

Mr. Baburao Vikram

Consultant and Group Director (Hon), Medical and Clinical Operations

Mr. Baburao obtained his M.S. Pharmacology & Toxicology degree from NIPER, Mohali in 2002. His specialties include conduct of clinical trial projects, project management, clinical trial monitoring, design and conduct of real world and late phase programs, regulatory affairs, drug safety, Pharmacovigilance systems development and auditing services. With an experience of more than 20 years, he helms the Clinical division at ARROWSANDS GROUP as consultant.

Dr Tapan Behl obtained his PhD in Pharmacology from Delhi University, is ranked in Stanford Elseviere Top 2 % Global Scientists, has authored more than 300 high impact and extensively cited papers and authored books in the subject area. With a cherished experience in Teaching and research in Pharmacology, he works on execution of Preclinical development and evaluation as per regulatory requirement.

Dr. Sukhbir Singh is Ph.D in Pharmaceutics with prosperous experience of 13 years in academics and research. He is highly enthused, self-determined and organized pharmaceutical research professional. He is ranked in Stanford Elseviere Top 2% Global Scientists, has authored more than 200 publications in Pharmaceutical Sciences with high impact and also generated patents and IPR in the area. He has overseen product development in the Spray coated granules, nano and micro particles, solid dispersions and phytosomes, apart from topical gels, creams and oral systems.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar, B Pharm, M Sc

Manager, Operations and Coordination

With anexperience of approximately 15 years, Mr Rajesh is involved in sourcing, establishing facilities and administering Quality and operations functions for the Therapeutics and herbals Division. With qualifications in Pharma Sciences and Helath Sciences and an experience in advanced Analytical instruments handling for Quality Management, and Inventory planning and management, Mr Rajesh ensures smooth operations as per regulatory compliance requirements.

Graduate in Bio-Chemistry (Hons) and Post Graduate in Chemistry, with 30 years extensive experience in Microbiology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance manufacturing, Trainings and Third Party Audits from top level pharmaceutical companies like Ranbaxy, Becton Dickinson, Jubilant Life Science, Nectar Life Science, Sentiss Pharma, Ms Balwinder Kaur oversees the Quality Assurance and relevant documentation processes as per compliance requirements.
